Projects will typically include the following steps:

Consultation
A meeting with clients, ideally in the project’s intended location, will shape the initial brief: establishing general function, dimensions, style, material and finish preferences.


Proposals
Two and/or three-dimensional drawing(s) showing the proposed furniture in situ are presented, along with sample materials, fittings and finishes These will be accompanied by an initial estimate of cost.


Finalised design
Amendments, if any, to the proposed design are incorporated and submitted. On approval of the finalised design a deposit is required before commencing production.

Production
Finalised designs of individual and limited edition pieces are hand crafted by designer/maker John Doolin in the central Dublin workshop.
For larger scale batch production, a select team of experienced sub contractors specialising in joinery, upholstery, glazing and metalwork may be enlisted when required. Lead times will vary according to the nature of the project – deadlines may be accommodated on request.

Delivery
Finished pieces are delivered anywhere in the greater Dublin area free of charge. Delivery elsewhere in the country may be arranged upon request.
